I’ve seen this one close up at AV and I can tell you it looks like an animal. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
The 360 is such a well balanced car, fast enough for fun, but still raw enough that each drive is an event. I was driving my car the other day and I guy in Camaro followed me into a gas station. He stated that he hasn’t seen a 360 in years and hearing my car, reminded him of when F1 cars actually sounded good.... Image Unavailable, Please Login . The lines on the 360 are perfect!!! Love this thread... feel the same way about my F430 spider. So, I steal every word from here and respectfully make it mine so I don’t have to start a new thread! Sure.:: the newer cars look (and I’m sure drive) amazingly, but something about that “raw” feel, drive, sound, and did I say SOUND, just never get old. Anyway, at the end of the day, no matter the toy, let’s all just be thankful. Happy holidays Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Cole- of course! I feel these cars require a certain level of style and appreciation that the YouTube sensationalism crowd has overlooked... hard to flex w 400 hp and no shooting flames and that is a good thing. merry Christmas!
Yeah it’s not a good overcompensation car but if you have a large gentleman sausage, it’s hard to beat!
Image Unavailable, Please Login As I have mentioned I have driven 911s for years. Not the fastest cars on the road. But most times as fast as my talent and ability can handle on the public roads-- and on the track. Coming off of the track once, a seasoned driver and I talked about upgrades. He told me: "drive your car, enjoy it and push it. You will know when it's time to move up because you've become a better driver." How many folks buy these supercars that boast about the HP numbers and then tell you it's their first exotic. Probably not a good thing. My 360 has been and will be for a long time the "perfect" balance of all that I want in a road going sports car-- and it looks so beautiful doing so. As more and more folks discover our little secret I believe the 360 will slowly increase in desirability through the years. But truthfully I'm having too much fun to even care
No bending required. The ceiling is 10' and the lift has a rise of 6' with about 4" of pad. With the car being 47", I get full extension of the lift with a couple of inches to spare. I'm 6'0" so the top of the pads is just right for me to walk under. I can hit my head on the arm. It's bright yellow so an absolute target for my forehead. Now if I put my SUV on the lift, that's another story.
Here is my 360 with challenge exhaust and lowered slightly . I also have a 360trev upgrade Image Unavailable, Please Login
Is it just me or after getting used to the 360’s nose, does just about every other even mid-engined car’s nose look bulbous and stupid to you, except maybe the Diablo? I wouldn’t be surprised if they can’t legally make a car with a nose as low as the 360’s now.
Owned mine for over 10 years today. Still love her and the sense of "one" I get when I'm behind the wheel. All I'm going to do is add onto the stable. Maybe a 599, maybe a 348 or 458..
They actually can't. The Ford GT (05-06) was the last one that could have that sort of angle. New laws about pedestrian safety govern frunk/bumper area, and the passengers' heads vs windshield angle governs the windshield. It's why the 05-06 GT was only offered those years, they'd have had to redesign it in 2007 entirely so they just killed it.
Hey Craig, Hope your finding the time to enjoy the 360 in your busy lifestyle. Still need to get ourselves on a call to move forward, let's do it in the new year. Have a good Christmas! Trev Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
It's exactly what I did. Complemented the 360 with a McLaren 12C. Out of the box 616hp, just a mild stage 1 remap and sports exhaust 700hp. Perfect sweet spot. Go too far and do upgraded turbos, fueling, intercoolers and sports cats and your at 900hp and beyond. Then it becomes a little bonkers. Absolutely different to drive to the 360 (and not all good) yet feels similar in many ways too. Sadly sounds like an old washing machine compared to the 360... Personally I'm seriously looking at an Enzo engined 599 and converting it to a H-Gate car now that I have perfected the software conversion. I think that would be an awesome car to drive as a manual shifter!
The 12C is a really compelling car! As long as you can take the adaptive suspension and convert it to regular coils I'd entertain it. If it can be done without too much reprogram it would be even more compelling..
