First brand I ever owned, a birthday gift over 5 decades ago from my parents. Learned to tell time on a Timex.Thought they were out of business, wrong! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I recently found my Gucci 2000M, over 20 years old. I need to fix the band and get a battery replacement, but it's a nice looking watch that I always enjoyed wearing.

Big white face. Nice black contrasting hands for a clear indication of time. Timeless design. I own over 30 watches, and I can tell you it doesn't get much better than that. Have you considered a Black Gator Band?
About that. Fast forward 30 mins after my post, I ended up not buying. I had put myself on the list for this and forgotten about it, so got excited when the AD called and headed over asap. Watch is better in person, very clean design. But as she was getting the box etc from the back, my head said, check to see what they're trading for and sure enough, can be had way under list. Good thing she hadn't taken the wraps out and cut the tag. She was nice about me changing my mind and have bought enough to get a slight sigh as oppose to a full frown or eye roll.
I just googled these jackets. Seems they are all faux leather or maybe even leather versions now. Mine is cotton. Mine came from a company owned by Tony Adamowicz. The A2Z racer was his nick name. Sadly he is no longer around. He raced at Le Mans in a Ferrari 512 a couple times. The picture of that Ferrari was in the business card that came with the order.
