    do the 612s not have a battery turn off switch? thought they did but dont see one

    Just behind the battery.
    It requires a hex key.

    To clarify, that is between the battery and the tail light.

    I’m sure my car has something like “battery charger preparation” on the original build sheet. I though maybe the cut-off switch came as part of this, hence maybe not all 612’s will have it?

    Agreed; I just wondered if the cut-off switch comes as a package with the tender plug.

    The battery tender was standard on the 612 OTO. I think it was an option before that. Ferraris have had battery cutoff switches for a long time.

    Don- Affirmative, up until Summer/Fall 2007 the Zivan charger and connectors were optional on the 612. After that a CTEK and connectors became standard on all models of Ferrari.
