    Hello everyone,

my name is Richard and I am currently in the process of completely restoring my 308 GT4 ´74. Now I wanted to ask the group if anyone knows a company that can re-anodize / polish / ?? my door frames, window frames and roof strips? can. As far as I know, the strips are all made of aluminum and were then "gloss anodized". Or is there someone who reproduces something like that?

I'm also looking for taillights, or parts of taillights.

One more question, does anyone have experience with the coating, painting, ... of magnesium rims? I would like to restore mine to its former glory.

    Many thanks for your help.

    greetings from Austria

I have a spare set of tail lights which could be used for parts. Message me if you are interested and I can send pics . They are in the US so shipping may be expensive.

I'm pretty sure the trim is stainless steel, just polish it.

    Hi Richard,

I see you are in Austria. Put another shrimp on the barby!

Sorry, bad joke. From a movie that probably is unknown there.

Anyway, don’t think you want to send your stuff to the states. But if you run out of options, maybe check with these guys.

I believe you are correct about the trim being aluminum, and they do the proper bright dip anodizing, similar to Porsche, which used the same process on the older cars before they switched to black anodized trim.

    Good luck with your project.
