    Climate controlled garage , totally sealed with filtered extraction / circulation. Hate garage doors so aluminium louver bifold and automated sliding glass into a wall pocket with automated bollards. Not to mention all the security but just to make sure 8 sirens blasting about 130 db of ear piercing 3,000 hz.
