If you have a 2014 F12 without passenger display can you have it installed?

Yes, call your local dealer, give them your VIN, they will confirm and order the part and they need to install it to ensure it is correctly programmed to your car.

I think it is unique offering, who else does that? Along with the lights on the steering wheel, it's part of what makes a Ferrari special!

Best to call the dealer, the part is probably around $4K and then labor to install. It is less expensive on the F12 vs 812 due to it being a less sophisticated device.

I have a passenger display on my F12 but it just stopped working. Here is my dilemma. Since I agree that it's useless, should I still fix it or not? Even if I don't use it, is it worth to fix for the resale value?

My attitude is - if you have it - maintain and fix it and do the upkeep required

Three passenger displays. A man that acknowledges the need for redundancy, eh?:D

Resale market (residuals) depends on some odd features, but would never pay for retro fit.

No, where is the fuse located? I checked the manual but couldn't find the fuse location. Does anyone know?

When purchasing aftermarket ( IE: Not from a Dealership ) remember to allow for the additional cost of the proxy file after installation. +$2,500.00

Yeah this is why a good Indy does it. Example my FF I bought from Eurospares aCF wheel, colleagues in the bay area wanted 2500 usd for proxy. It was plug and play and my Indy had the proxy if needed. I’m curious how 2500 can be justified at all?
