Nice. Thanks for the photos. I now have new incentive to up grade my interior. Great looking car inside and out. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I collected my first Ferrari this past weekend. A very nice Mondial 3.2 V8 Quattrovalvole from 1987! Image Unavailable, Please Login

My turbocharged Mondial 8. I just installed an aftermarket ecu that will control the ignition timing and a few other accessories (boost controller, intake air temp sensor, knock sensor). It’s a rear mount turbo that blows through the CIS air flow meter. I didn’t have to change the fuel much, but the stock ignition timing is too advanced (not sure how places like Prancing Horse or Koenig made their kits work back in the 80’s). Because of the turbo location I use two electric pumps to move the oil back up to the motor. If I did it again I would probably choose a Comp ball bearing oil less turbo to avoid the pump hassle. The whole kit is hidden by the stock diaper too. Aaron Image Unavailable, Please Login
Very cool! Is this the 8 that you purchased out of Houston a couple of years ago? It looks great with the 348 wheels! 2cam
Yes it is! It ran awful when I got it.....actually not at all because the fuel pump broke. But one of the crank sensor’s polarity was swapped so the ignition timing for one of the banks was way off. Made about 90hp. Haha.
Almost ready for my first driving season as a Ferrari owner. Bought this one almost 3 months ago and been busy detailing it completely. After a foam, full wash, clay bar and minor paint correction the paint is ready for wax! Looking forward to spring/summer! EDIT: anyone knows why my pictures are bad quality when I upload to FChat? It doesn't matter if I upload mobile or through my computer. On my device the picture are sharp and focused, but uploading seems to mess up the resolution. I thought so kind of felt dumb asking, it's like asking if the Hummer next to it is yellow but I have never seen a non-sunroof coupe before.
It looks like a Euro version - no sunroof and no rear skirt around the exhaust. Ed, I make it to Houston somewhat regularly. What part of town are you in? I'd love to see your car sometime. I have an '88 3.2 Coupe 2cam
