The LM is Ralphed too, in that it's way too perfect.

Spencer will tell you that he put the green strip across the nose with some uneven masking tape and a quick pass with the spray gun. Now it's millimetre perfect and the green is under the (incorrect) clear coat.

 

Like the OZ 250LM, on her side panels all removed the race wins .

 

It's both the real thing and a facsimile at the same time.

I miss that circuit, it had a lot of variety and character. The flip flop into that final corner made for great racing. I remember when I first started out I had some instruction there. The instructor kept pushing me harder and harder into that last corner. He said "I'm not going to be satisfied until you get so close to wall that you fold your mirror in"

The kink at the end of the straight made for great racing as well, for those who had the balls
