If "1980 GTB" means a carbed car, then the workshop manual doesn't exist, the factory never made one: so there is no such thing as a 308 GTB workshop manual. The 308GT4 workshop manual is the one that has to be used for carbed cars. To which you can add the parts catalogue, its diagrams are useful to understand which part goes where.

And, if by "1980 GTB", you mean a 1980 US version 308GTBi-2V, there isn't a WSM for that either ;)

This post list the 4 things that you would need to sift and meld together to make a 1980 US version 308GTBi-2V WSM:

I have a 1978 Spare Parts Catalog I don't need for sale on ebay, but you can download a lot of what you need as a PDF from manualslib.com at no charge. It's been a great resource for me.

There used to be multiple web sites that had 308 manuals available for free downloads. I just went through my old bookmarks and found they are all gone now, at least the ones that I had saved. There has to be more out there somewhere.

You can download the exact same pdf 308GT4 WSM and 308QV/328 WSM (and a lot more) here for free:

    http://www.ferrari.cdyn.com

(Don't send money to an eBay scammer)

PS The 308QV/328 WSM is mostly just about the engine mechanicals -- it's not like other F WSMs.
