House managers and the former president’s lawyers took up to four equally divided hours to make the case for or against the constitutionality of Trump’s second impeachment, followed by a Senate vote that passed in its favor by 56 - 44 votes.

 

I disagree with the Constitutional conclusion, but the Senate has latitude where it is vague. However, there is now, arguably, a lack of due process in the "trial", as evidence that is being let in would not otherwise be introduced in a court of law. Regardless, there still appears to be insufficient votes to impeach.
