I think it looks great on your particular car as it matches the interior. [emoji1303]

I have a triple Nero spider, and like the way the yellow looks from a clean heritage standpoint

Nice! Did you make them yourself? Have someone fabricate them for you?

On that color combo I think it pops and looks great.

If you like it, embrace it and enjoy.

I'm not the least bit capable or artsy when it comes to something like this. After a false start with a guy that mainly did custom Porsche crests, I discovered Maxwell Enamels. Karla mainly works on refinishing antique emblems for classics, many that show up at Pebble. She's got to be one of the best in the business. It's a time consuming and painstaking process to strip the badges, bake on new enamel and then re-chrome the trim, but she delivers outstanding quality, so for me - worth the 6 months wait.

There are carbon fiber looking shields from Ferrari, so they have explored options, why not you.

    Looks great!

So, did she redo your original yellow ones or did you provide her with a "sacrificial" set?

The "Porsche Crests" guy had to replace my originals since he had stripped those, but for whatever reason was unable to proceed further. His replacements were supposedly from a salvaged F430, which is what I sent to Karla. In the meantime after explaining a dozen times at my last C&C in HH why my fenders had shield impressions but no shields, I decided to order a fresh factory set to tide me over for the rest of the year. So after all of that, I'm still thinking of trading up to a newer coupe.....o_O

not my cuppa, but it also ain't my car so who cares. if you like it, do it. people gettin negative about what you do to your own car as if it somehow has an effect on their own lives are either schmuckatellis or lead horrendously hollow lives and have far more sources of not being happy than your car. ;)

in the words of Jeannie Bueller....."Screw 'em". ;)

I think the color works well on your 360. That being said, I wouldn't do the same if it were mine. We can debate for hours on the merits of placing Scuderia Shields on the side of your F-car and their meaning. To me, the shield represents Scuderia Ferrari racing history and the legacy that's behind all Ferraris. The shield is Scuderia Ferrari. And, the Scuderia Ferrari shield is yellow.

I like the red shields with the red interior and red callipers matches well.
My F430 is black paint with yellow callipers, rev counter, centre wheel caps and valve caps so red badges wouldn’t suit my jam.
