The generally accepted numbers are as follows, these have circulated around the internet since maybe 2008, we don't know how accurate they are but they're the best we have. CGT Color Production for USA (probably actually 'North America') 362 GT Silver 103 Black 64 Seal Grey 44 Fayence Yellow 42 Guards Red 41 Basalt Black 11 Non-Metallic Color to Sample 6 Metallic Color to Sample
This depends on many other factors, but it's getting harder to get a special color below $850k - $900k regardless of miles.
Another Carrera GT we had the pleasure of conveying last year, #0994 which was ordered new with some special options including GCB – Wheels Painted in Exterior Color (GT Silver), GBT – Thicker Steering Wheel, & Z2482 – GT Seat Belts in Deviating Color (Silver) Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Sterling are red break calipers and red seat belts rare options? I tend to see yellow break calipers and black seat belts generally
As far as USA cars are concerned these options became available for model year '05. The '04 cars had no options other than color exterior / interior. Red seat belts were specced on a decent number of '05 cars, red brake calipers are a different story as the option was very expensive, and are only found on a handful or less cars in the USA. A rare example of a USA car with red brake calipers from the factory is WP0CA29825L001543, which also has a special Leather to Sample red interior. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I think the red caliper option was $6-7K? My car got both... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Awesome. Any more pics of the car? GBW - Brake Caliper Coated in Red, $8,460 GBK - Seat Belts Guards Red, $1,250
No wonder a few opted for the red caliper option, it was pricey. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
@NSXER, I think I've found some photos circa 2005 when your car was new, these were posted online in Feb '06. Edit: Looking again, hard to tell if the interior in these photos is Ascot or Terracotta... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
