The 3rd gear in this 300sl has such a wide speed band .

 

Hmm enthusiastic driver and a challenging course.

 

Though he was racing well within his own limits and the cars/tyres.

Its special a light body front engine sports car ,big 6 cylinder late 50/60s with plenty of torque and well set up to drive in a brisk manner through Alps, I never get sick of it in the E-type .

So looking forward to doing it again .As we all are ..
