That I did. However, I'm retiring to a city not well suited to sports car ownership; primarily due to road conditions being a severe hazard to the car. Going to spend a couple months addressing the last couple of things I'd want fully sorted, then offer her here first.

For those who might have an interest in a 1993 348 Serie Speciale... at what seems a very "speciale" price: https://oooldtimercars.com/1993-Ferrari-348-TS-Serie-Speciale/15637

Seems too good to be true but, as it's often said, the devil is in the details - of which not many are provided in the ad.

No affiliation, no personal interest, yada, yada

Man, that seems like a pretty good price. I could move on my 1980 911SC I bought and pick up another F-Car with only a minimal out of pocket investment.

Seems rather low to me, but I want a Spider anyway!

    Cheers
    Dave

Wow, was it one of the even rarer right-hand drive ones?

EDIT: Oh it was one of the factory-prepped racers for Lemans/Daytona type racing

I wonder if that price included the Sotheby's 13% buyers premium?

WHat is wrong with the rear suspension of that car that it has that severe level of toe-out in the rear?

I think Michael is confusing camber with toe because the picture makes it look like extreme camber.

When lowering severely the lower A arm shims can be removed resetting rear camber assuming the same amount is removed evenly front to back. It may or may not affect toe. I know some that have done it and gotten an alignment and did not need any changes post shim removal.
