That's already the conspiracy theory for the last year. Bill Gates will be tracking us via the vaccine etc etc. I don't know why they chose Gates, but I don't know why they do anything. And we all have mobile phones in our pockets at all times, the tracking is going along swimmingly already.
I always find it funny when it's advertising things I have already bought. Make a purchase and the item just follows you around the internet for weeks, that is not good value for the advertiser.
