The trick would be for it not to be heavy, something like the 599 HY-KERS, which was about 40kg or so. Not a PHEV like the SF90 or 918. I don't think there is any possibility for a heavy hybrid because the chassis is just not designed for it. Who knows though?

Imagine losing your build slot like that.

On the other hand, what did this person have to gain by leaking this picture on the net. Bragging rights....? No chance would I have leaked it!

Is the car more aggressive than the TDF: Yes.
Is it more beautiful and more homogeneous: No.
    Will it age better: No.
Will the rear part be controversial: Yes.
Are there too much styling effects: Yes.
Will the mechanical content make you forget the style: Yes.

The main problem with the style center, in general, as I have already expressed it, is the Lamborghini approach in terms of design.

I doubt it will be hybrid... The platform was not designed as a hybrid platform, and redesigning it is surely extremely costly and involving. And the car is already heavy to start with, having it even heavier because of batteries would make it not appealing to many I guess. I'd say it's a more powerful variation of the same 6.5l engine thanks to higher RPM, redesigned headers or so and the adequate tune.

You mean you actually want a car where function takes a backseat for looks? For what is supposed to be a world class spirts car, that could only be described as a disaster.

A car can still be elegant while being both striking and functional. You haven't even seen the whole car so you don't know what it is or how elegant it is.

It may not be to your liking, but I'm happy to see that over the years Ferrari has come back to more exciting cars compared to the "soap bars" of the early to mid 2000's.

With respect this car is not a racing car and how many will actually see the track is debatable. There needs to be a balance between function and elegance and this intakes on the roof do not look elegant to me at all. To my eye what we have seen so far is more functional than elegant. Hopefully you are right and the overall car does find some elegance in overall styling.

Yes, but then the clown could not brag to his friends. People usually do this to be the first and to show off. Quite sure that not only did he lose his spot, but also his status as top client.

So do you think the next “ GTO “ after the 599 will be the F80? Sorry I don’t understand very much

From what I can tell from that picture, that is very different from what Lambo do to their halo cars. This to me looks like it retains the looks and shape of the 812, but has elements that are a direct result of mechanical changes. A Sian on the other hand has all sorts of angles and creases making it look like something from an 80's cyberpunk story.
I don't think there's anything remotely Lambo'ish over what we see here. If it serves a proper purpose and the result is a mind blowing performer, I think it deserves to be there.

Progess stops for no man, that's just how it is.

I don't know what they will call it, but from what I gather the F80 will be a real homologation car for Le Mans and thus a real GTO. Would not be surprised if Ferrari took advantage of that. There has only been one GTO that ever raced, the 250, and there has only been two homologation models this far - the 288 and 250. It's a properly big deal if Ferrari creates a new one.

What I mean by Lambo style effects is that there is not enough roundness.
A Ferrari is, as Fioraventi put it, a blend of classic and Italian exuberance in the shape of a Coca Cola bottle.
This is what I wanted to mean.
