Glad to hear that. How many cars run, four? Seriously, while this is somewhat promising, testing/schmesting, doesn't mean squad. MB was dead last, so what. Would have been more interesting if Vettel's car hadn't broken down, then we could have seen some comparison to Lance. Oh well, wait till the GP.
I'll leave this here... just in case... https://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/barbecued-black-crows/45aa4d96-e38f-442c-88cb-a768cc0347dc
Don’t think the first qualy is really representative for the quality of both drivers since Stroll has a couple of years advantage within this team and car. Give Vettel some time to get to know the team and car. Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met FerrariChat
As a 4 times WDC with years more experience than Lance he should have nailed this one, but he didn't. Many on here thought Vettel will just crush Lance. Not yet. that said, yes, this was only the beginning
Okay, Vettels lap was hampered by Maxepins yellow flag....debatable. Stroll did get beat by Gasly and Alonso as well as everyone else in Q3.
Who's team is it? Who's your Daddy? Or as they say in Indiana - Hoosier Daddy? Seriously though, bad timing with the yellows for Seb.
Do you even watch anything at all or just look up the results and come to gloat when the drivers you loathe haven't had a good result? Vettel's lap was impeded by 2 yellows.
“In this case, it was clear that the driver slowed slightly approaching the incident, but continued trying to set a meaningful lap time." Stewards on Vettel's case. He slowed down, not enough according to the stewards, so be it. Did he even improve his lap? By definition that means the stewards are wrong right? Anyways, 18th or 20th, big deal.
He never should have been in the position to have set an end of the session lap time in Q1. That is on him.
It's him or his team's fault to wait 'til the end of a session to do a fast lap. It's a gamble, and this time Vettel lost; his car was a potential Q3 qualifier, as proven by Stroll.
