    I just realized I'm this month on my 10th year of ownership, got my car early March 2012 and I went through some old pics, stumbled on my first ever photo taken the day after I received my 328 !

    I've drove just over 10k miles now and besides some predictive maintenance I only had a jumpy speedometer.

    My 328 GTB 1986 has done 49K, been a garage queen for the last 10 years, just 900 miles.
    Ive had all the bushings changed and all rusty bits restored/replaced, cleaned and powdercoated.
    New underseal, new shocks and coils, cental locking system, new aerial, mirror repairs and mods.
    New pads and discs, all hoses everywhere replaced and some new gasgets and fluid change.
    Body and interior detailed, new speakers and head unit.
    The belts are next and a new a/c compressor.
    I'm sure more problems will arise but once done other than the anual service she'll be good for another 35 years.

    Mine is a Polaroid of it sitting in my driveway with water leaking out from under it. The very damn afternoon I brought it home. Blown water pump. Sept 1997.

    That was anticlimactic as all hell considering I was dreaming for that day to finally come since 1981 when I was 13.

    The stripes were removed by European Auto Restorations, Costa Mesa ( they did the PPI) prior to delivery to 2nd owner. He had the stripes out of sequence.
    I have every single service invoice, parts ordered receipts from both previous owners., etc.

    The stripes were cool back in the day but now showing their age.

    Glad they were removed but a cool in period feature.

    I know the feeling ££££
    I tell my self it’s an investment, I’m personally keeping a classic Ferrari on the road.
    We’re only the custodians of these works of art.
    That way I can justify the massive expense and sacrifice.
    I hope the next owner (there will be one day) appreciates it :)
