However there are no sales records being noted with the SF90. Sorry IMO its fugly and looks heavy. Lets see what the LB does look like but who wants a HYBRID V6 Ferrari ?

Ferrari better have a very long warrantee time on their battery > 8 years because we all know how WEAK Ferrari is in the battery department.

Frankly if you were into either of these 2 models i would buy way latter until they iron out all the bugs.

IIRC 458s éarly on catching alight .

The sf90 proved to be a complete mess, it's over, and every one knows that now. Let's talk about the new LB instead!

They said this about the F50 “it’s ugly, it’s too slow, the F40 is quicker” blah blah.... it is now probably next mega-millions Ferrari given its rarity, F1 engine, manual gearbox, Targa Roof etc... the SF90 is not beautiful they got the design wrong but its a technology marvel and sets the bar for the entire sector while creating a new niche which will be a challenge for any of the rivals to match.

Haven’t the same people who hate the SF90 said all the same things - opining ad nauseam about how awful the car is and if anyone disagrees they are just fanboys and poseurs?

I thought this thread is about the upcoming LB? (Which the same folks will probably despise)

    Gee enough already...

What?! The 765 is as fast and after 200kmh faster. With another 200hp of the hybrid system it’s all over.

No doubt the 765 is a good car. Maybe teenagers watching YouTube will care about going fast in a straight line, but in the real world not many of us actually care. The benchmarks set by the SF90 go beyond simply straight line performance, even if it is already mighty impressive.

    nope, not ferrari only...all brands....
and there is no way that the laferrari successor will hit 2 tons (or even the same weight of the sf90..)

Not really. Waiting for Brooks's SF90 and his dragstrip tests.

Mclaren owners like myself care if their cars are fast just like any super car owner.

yes the 765lt is indeed faster than the sf90 once rolling. It was clear on brooks video..

Here the first sf90 on a dragestrip.
145mph on the 1/4mile is nothing special at all

The owner of that SF90 was clearly hitting the limited on every gearchange. That's why I am going to wait for Brooks himself. His 1st test on the road (not his car) showed much better results. You can jump to 14:00:

    Agree.
SF90 is going to be a world beater (until the new Model S) for 0-60 and 1/4, and maybe best one lap also.
As Harris pointed out though...boring as F, perhaps worse than the current 488+ crop.

you mean his 146mph trap on the 1/4mile on the street. Same trap speed as the 765lt on the street beside the Lt is much more traction limited down low. Believe it or not, once rolling the 765lt pulls harder. I can tell you from my own owner ship the 765lt pulls harder than my P1. The shorter final drive is worth like 100hp more.. compairos done on unrestricted german high ways up and over 300kph/186mph. My sf90 should be here in 2 month and i wont hold it back.
