I was driven to my wedding in a silver Alfetta (NOT auto!) Boyfriend had bought it very cheap from a guy moving overseas (literally gave him cash as he drove him to the airport!) It was actually a very nice car, albeit a bit sedate.

 

Super rare for sale Jaguar mark 1 3.4 manual supplied new with 4 wheel disc and wire wheels .

In the UK there are only around 20 similar cars know to exist.

So same spec as the car Mike Hawthorne was killed .

I like those old jaguar saloons.

I used to spend a lot of time in a 420G when they were new. Loved that car.

I also had a couple of V12 jaguars that I loved. So much more luxurious, comfortable and quiet than anything else available at the time.

I wonder what I'd think if I drove one now.

 

420G ,luxury with plenty of room ..Not many around now .
