The cops here are just babies, so young you wonder if they just past their school certificate (after they sat it 4 years in a row )

When you see the video You'll realise I was trying to explain the damage my body has as I just knew they were in a mood to grab me and with limited movement in my left arm it was the first arm they grabbed and reefed it up my back causing excruciating pain and my body naturally moved to stop the pain and they are calling that resisting arrest

 

Where is the matter at the moment?

 

I use to live in Bowen Mt and saw plenty of car nuts up there as I went through Kurragong ...... and strangely enough there was another 2300S in Kurragong prompting an impromptu Mille Miglia when we bumped into each other

My advice to you "STFU" and listen to your lawyer , don't get baited as you opening your "Gob" will ruin the case .

Will work in your favour , they look for reasons to dismiss , or they do in Melbourne .

Its not a driving offence is it ? So they can't bring up your "record"

The otherside will move mounts to get you convicted , knowing that civil action is pending .

Thanks Robbie, my "record" has been clean for a while now, got all of my points and don't speed at all now, I'm too poor to pay the fines

 

$5 a month works for me .

 

That's too steep for an old guy like me ..... plus they have made it a minimum of $30 here on the lay away plan
