All I can say is WOW, what a feeling. I am by no means rich. I work hard and I’m fortunate enough to be able to put a 25% deposit down and get the monthly for under £900. Do I laugh? Do I cry? Both? 2014 6k miles 2 owners Full carbon zone / carbon diffuser / sills / front wing etc Full 2 year Ferrari warranty Carbon race seats Cruise / Plenty of Carbon I don’t have a garage big enough to park the car in (dam UK new builds suck), so I plan on getting a weather proof cover which comes with a little lock. I also plan on getting an anti gravity battery ASAP so I don’t need to keep the thing on charge (how embarrassing that a £160k car needs to be on a battery charger lol). Anything else I should be aware of?
What a beauty! I used to keep mine on a charger but I drive it a least once a week and it starts up fine each time. If you do charge it the Ferrari charger is not very good I would get a replacement. Not sure what brands they have in the UK.
Hi Adam, Welcome to land of 458 ownership! Congrats on finding a beautiful build and a beautiful car. As a lover of the CF bits, I see yours is loaded and well equipped. Enjoy it in good health and be ready to answer a lot of questions. People will have a thousand of them. Regards, GG
Congratulations on the beautiful car! That is a fantastic spec. I have all the interior carbon bits but none on the exterior, so I am very jealous. Enjoy it in good health.

Correct. I think OP you're talking about the Underdoor Cover? Which I've never seen before. And if it's a cover maybe you can just have it removed?
it’s full carbon which the original owner spent a pretty penny on. The dealer is painting them for me for free. So I’m ok about it.
Just have them painted. If you replace them you will still have to paint the replacement pieces. And as a side note you could spend right at $50,000.00 on optional carbon and get nothing for it when you sell the car, ie; it does not raise the value of the any car on the used market. edit: sorry didn’t see your above post before added my comment
If I were you I'd consider holding off on that. My car came with a black roof when I wanted a color-matched one. I was considering having it painted to match the rest of the car. Image Unavailable, Please Login It's really grown on me, though. And it was an $11,000 option, so I feel like it'd be sacrilege to "delete" such an expensive option. It's your car though. If you hate it get rid of it. I think it looks kinda cool, though, and I usually hate things that look "extra".
