don’t like the front end either but it’s supposed to be similar to the original. Wish the front grille had matched the rear end. Lots of info on YouTube but it’s coming with a manual. Taking the fight to the BMW Supra....

Too big in the vertical. IMO. Not the same proportion as the original. Just bring the bottom of 'box' up to the fender crease.

Hard to make these things work with modern pedestrian safety proportions that make the hood sit so high. The grille is striking but we will all get used to it in time. When the 350Z came out, everyone joked that the grille looked like a VHS tape slot (seriously) - now nobody notices it or talks about it.

Overall I think the new design is very clean and well thought-out with tasteful nods to the past, the 370Z was a total mess in comparison to this car.

the bottom of the 'box' opening, just above the splitter/air dam. (if there is one) - where the 'box' crease doesn't match the side fender crease. not up at the hood line. :)

I get it, but a designer would probably tell you that will make the lower half of the car look too "fat." Surprisingly a lot of thought goes into these things, even on cars that come out looking like they got hit by the ugly stick.

allegedly going to start at $35k. The car is a current albeit heavily modified Infiniti chassis with the current Infiniti red sport v6 so nothing new in terms of expensive tech. We shall see...
