Yes, he is lovely guy . I saw a few of the "display" cars leave before 1.30, I don't think they could really control / prevent people leaving early. The Ferrari section became quite crowded, basically more cars than the organisers expected so a number of people didn't even attempt to display their cars. Did you see the yellow Stratos, ( on the opposite side of the oval to the Ferraris, ) that was a real car and immaculate.

Don't know, but at a guess I'd guess a Konig as all the Jim Carpenter conversion I've seen ended up as GTB's

Yes the Ferrari section did look a bit crowded and some cars looked like they were parked in so there wasn’t a chance of getting them out in a hurry.. I did see a guy with a Alfa 105 Berlina just drive off the footpath to get out at around 11am.. No chance of me doing that with the 328 without leaving the front spoiler behind!

I was about to say that I thought there was another Stratos there..
Thanks for confirming that it was the real deal..

This car won the Sydney concourse last year and and was followed by a win this year for the best restoration by a LP400 periscope Countach, ( Auto Italia next year?) Both I had the privilege to watch being restored.

    512BB....Bah humbug
