    My friend owns a Monza SP2. It’s not street legal here in the US. You’re entitled to cutting your OWN fingers, it doesn’t make it any less of a stupid idea.

    Do you have body shop experience?
    It really would not be that bad.

    Tricky part is grinding the glass down to fit and chopping the top frame and fabricating a canvas
    top that fits and works.

    Or go all nutty make a lift off one or simple folding one and ditch The whole factory soft top cassette.

    Or none.

    Also the windshield header seem way low on a spider to me factory but I need lower seats! Haha

    The a-pillar on the car is required to withstand a rollover crash and support the weight of the vehicle so you don't die. If you cut it off like that are you okay with that? It's a very important safety feature of the car.
