Ended up doing fish and chips with my Dad. Used Skip the dishes to have it delivered. Added 3 fried shrimp and oysters to mine. For some reason on the take out menu, they don't have the combo I order when dining in. But you can order all the sides and make the combo on the take out menu.
My high protein diet has taken a hit. Before covid and being good with it along with going to the gym I was doing great. Part of our covid stockpile was/is lots of pasta and rice. We’ve been going thru it slowly. Sure is tasty and the wife loves it, I just don’t like how I feel afterwards. Need to get focused again.
Happened To me as well. Gym closures, being on the road more due to covid shot the scale up . Just need to shed 30lbs and then I'll be good to go . ")
Was going to get a rack of ribs and cook them. They are on sale at Safeway, $2.99 per lb. But they are frozen and can't defrost them today. So I'll probably get a pizza from the indy place near my house. They make a pretty good meat lovers.
Similar here. I have to keep my carbs low in the early part of the day or I'm just dull and got the munchies! Only exception seems to be steel cut oats, as long as I don't load it up with sweet add-ons. Image Unavailable, Please Login Another batch of pho. Spent the big bucks and got these from a specialty butcher! Cost $7 for 3 lbs. [emoji2] T

Out to dinner and had pan seared halibut with a beurre blanc sauce and roasted veggies. It was cooked perfectly and very tasty. I kinda wanted to do fish and chips but I'm also doin low carb. Fish was supposed to come with potatoes and asparagus.
Quick Costco trip yesterday for flank steak. Two for about $30 vs one at Wegmans for ~$25. Marinated then on the Egg along with mushrooms and onions. Few pots to round it out. Awesome. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Saw this at Wegmans this morning. Big stack of them and they looked good, don't think I've seen them there before. Thought twice about it and decided I didn't know what to do with it as an impulse buy. I was thinking really think bacon! That would smell fantastic on the Egg. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Did fish and chips again. The Japanese restaurant had a line out the door for take out. Didn't feel like standing in a line.

This was basically what I ate for lunch everyday for close to 10 years when I was eating healthy and working out.
