Hello everyone! After buying my first Ferrari which is a 2015 458 Spider, I fell in love with the brand, the car is amazing on road and track and it has been a true pleasure so far. I've now decided to go for a 360 Spider, the specs are the exact as the car below, it has 24,000 miles on it and from what I've read the engine and gearbox are pretty solid(?). I wanted to know what you guys think I should look out for at the inspection, and any pointers on what are the most expensive fixes are would be appreciated, thank you! The aftermarket stereo would be a red flag for me, I’d ask the guy that does your PPI to check to see if any of the wiring is altered. Make sure the shields are original, they should be sunk into the bodywork. The black rollbars make a huge difference to me, most of them seem to be tan and I think black is so much nicer. I’m jealous if the Euro bumpers without the ugly reflective stamp! Enjoy! Such a wonderful car.
Thank you for this, I've read it all! Any other things to look at since the post is 13 years old? Maybe some new issues were discovered over time? My bad, didn't notice the aftermarket stereo, the one I am looking at has the original stereo
