    Lots of fill and grading work. Also, it’s hard to tell from the picture, but the building is 50x80 and the foundation drops about three feet at the 50ft (lengthwise) mark. The building is all open on the inside, but 50x50 is a showroom section and the lower 30x50 is a workshop section with a two post lift, all my tools, etc.
