I for one, am glad they didn't use a real F355 to abuse.

Maybe its just me, but it seems many of these shows have turned into a three stooges type of show. People doing stupid stuff and destroying cars.

 

Old top gear so much better
Old top gear also already did this, they had red replica 355 and testarosso and raced then around a turn until they blew up.

 

They all lack the wittiness, cleverness and charm of the Tiff/Clarkson era Top Gear, I prefer Clarkson myself. The new UK one is mediocre and the US one is awful.

 

We do have grand tour still. My wife and I love Clarkson, Hammond and may. They are going to be incredible hard to replace

Definitely not canceled, they're just not releasing It doesn't episodes of year anymore. We got two last year, and they're rumors of a few this year

 

The old Top Gear was able to be interesting to car nuts and the general public alike. Technical and substantive enough for the aficionados but light and funny enough to attract a broad audience. The new versions can't pull it off. And I think another reason is that cars have gotten homogenous and boring. They all look the same and drive the same. Even the sports cars.

We will see if it’s any better than the last load of ****they produced. That said, still better than the idiots that replaced them on the BBC.

 

That's fine, Clarkson broke down last episode and said the seasons were over, they have ben cancelled sans limited number of specials. I probably mis-understood his words with his accent. Glad to hear that is not so.

 

This should not help my budding interest in the Citroen SM at all.
