well I have Fox same feed as you...just all the extra sky bits we don't get where they get all analytical. lol Ah bad luck. Leclerc S2 was simply amazing. Short run from tunnel to end of S2 but who knows what could've happened. Big braking zone. I do think that Leclerc's lap was simply unbeatable. As he himself proved, lol
This is as much of a car/driver circuit as any other track. If Lewis had taken pole you'd probably be saying it was all car anyway. Clearly this is not a track that suits Lewis, at least not while driving these huge lorry-length F1 cars.
Yes, but in the previous laps Max was quicker in sector 1, but lost ground big time in the slow corners of sector 2. So being ahead early in the lap doesn't mean he'd have taken pole.
Yeah, he slapped his hands in frustration after he passed Charles. He thought he might have it that lap.
Question whether Charles‘s lap time should be deleted like in IndyCar quali. Max: "Of course I am disappointed but that‘s life. I don‘t think his lap should be deleted in the future, if possibly there is a rule change. I don‘t think that would be fair."
He shouldn't be, he's a lot closer to Charles than anyone would expected, the diference in talent between the both of them is huge, Carlos is a good driver, Charles is a megastar...
. @Max33Verstappen : "I think it makes a difference when a guy makes a mistake and hits the wall or doing it intentionally. If Charles parked there with a broken front wing, it‘s a different story. He just clipped the wall and ended where I ended up twice. It‘s just unfortunate"
I was telling the woman this would be a superb qualy and Ferrari were fast. I warned her with pilot's pushing hard for position, due to lack of passing on circuit would have an accident in qualy and it would be closed. Sorry it was Charles actually. But I was right. Monaco. Exciting for only qualy and accidents........again lol
Lewis won the last race at Monaco, he is a multiple Monaco winner. Today wasn't his day, let's see if Max can take advantage
Thanks for posting, it confirms Ham along with others are multiple winners, only Rosberg has 3 recent wins, all others are equal. He won earlier with McLaren in the wet if I'm not mistaken
