Hello, I need help finding this exact tie-wrap/zip tie. I know the company who made them "Pass & Seymour" which Ferrari used on most 308's including my 85 QV which apparently extremely difficult to obtain... I did a search on the 308 forum and found an old 2011 thread on this topic but nothing most recent... and the company who direct sells them "Allied Electronics" have them on back order with NO available date! ... So does anyone have some extra one's to sell me? I need 5... Pls PM me. Thx

    Thx
    Rob

    Sent you a “Conversation”.
The early 308’s had Colson made by Legrand. Which looks like the ones you have. Has Colson on the top flat part. You can see it on the parts books. 78 308.

How wide is the band? I have them in a few sizes. You are correct, some are made in USA and I have bough a smaller size at Home Depot.

I think I used the last of those on an F40 a while back. It is part # 105550. Should not be hard to get. The currently supplied part looks a little different.

I have not seen that design in 9mm from any source in quite a while.

Most used is "Colson Legrande" size 9 mm. Can also be found on ebay now and then. I bought a box for pennies not that long ago.

    Best, Peter

The Legrand is what Ferrari used to use. The other is what has been supplied by them for some time.

    Brain,

I've had these for quite some time. I think I got them from Allied Electronics.

PM me, Brian, if you want to dig in deeper, please.

IF I can help you I certainly will.

I have about 75 others that would easily pass for Restoring DDs, but NOT for Eagle-Eyed Concourse Judges if anyone is interested.

They are just rotting away in my 'Junk Room' so .....
