Well here's the thing.... The complaint is that ev drivers aren't paying fuel excise like ice drivers. Whilst that is true there are two issues I see. 1. Pretty much every place in the world is offering incentives to buy ev vehicles. Sometimes to the value of thousands of dollars! They're also proactive in installing charging infrastructure. Not here. 2. Excise is a federal tax. It's just a money grab from the state. I'm surprised it got through.
