Aussie Whomo COVID Cooking Ideas

My easy lunches:
Tuna mornay - Just need butter, plain flour, milk, a little cheese, frozen peas and pepper. Rice too if you can.
Pizza - Pizza dough, tomato paste toppings of bacon and eggs
Macaroni and cheese - Packet/ add chicken
Open toasted sandwich fingers- asparagus, cheese and sprinkle of ham - salt and pepper.
Chicken- Pat dry breast, add plenty of salt and pepper. Slow cook in a pan.

 

If the barby has a separate burner you do anything.

I have a page of ‘simple cooking for blokes’ somewhere - I’ll dig it out.
First suggestion - just get a chunk of meat and marinate in the appropriate mix plus salt and pepper before thowing on the grill, bbq or in oven:
lamb - honey, rosemary, red wine, olive oil
pork - honey, nutmeg, white wine, olive oil
beef - garlic, red wine, olive oil
chicken - garlic, ginger, coriander, peanut oil
eat with salad or cook spuds in alfoil on the bbq and boil (briefly!) some green veg (frozen peas or beans are OK).

soups
steak
Certain nights i keep it simple , just scrambled eggs
Salads and salmon in summer

But your rich own a Ferrari and live in QLD so you can afford Uber eats !!!
