Here you go Gazz,I'm doing my variation on this with some homegrown tomato stock,home grown basil instead of parsley,all the garlic you want('coz it sez so!),prawns and some marinara mix ('coz I can't get clams in shells here) some paprika and I'm done You only need one pot/frypan,a sharp knife and a chopping board...washing up is minimal 'coz you're on your own and can eat out of the pan!! .
