Seriously? maybe take a look down this list: List of Michelin starred restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau - Wikipedia And last time I looked Australia had NO Michelin rated restaurants in Australia, so what exactly are you comparing those places I mentioned with? Not to say we don't have some great restaurants in Aus as we certainly do, but since you brought up the International standard...
