    These are three of my 'Fav" dishes and soup .
    Even Greg could do 'em
    happy to go into more detail ..The Salmon one is a ripper old English dish re-invented by Rick Stein.

    The prawn one easy or do it with Lobster or scampi. French



    The two fish dishes are awesome with a quality dry white wine.

    And last time I looked Australia had NO Michelin rated restaurants in Australia, so what exactly are you comparing those places I mentioned with? Not to say we don't have some great restaurants in Aus as we certainly do, but since you brought up the International standard...
