    That's mostly tosh...and when that attitude has been at it's most pervasive with the culture of the Scuderia, it has usually been accompanied by periods of lackluster.

    Ironically almost none of Ferrari's champions or greatest pilots were particularly over-awed romantics or company 'yes' men...certainly not the likes of Ascari, Hill, Surtees, Lauda, Alonso, Schumacher, Raikkonen, Scheckter nor Villeneuve (also not coincidentally, many of which ended their tenure with Ferrari amidst some degree of acrimony.)

    I'm not sure the likes of Charles, and Carlos - while certainly quick enough - aren't just a bit too content to be just Ferrari drivers at least at this stage ;)

    Zero doubt, that with the right people in the right places, Hamilton could have been a multiple world champion for Ferrari. Alas, the stars never aligned. A loss for both Ferrari and Lewis. ;)

    It's good that Leclerc ticks the Ferrari box on his resume early in his career, to cure that itch he seems to have.

    That will give him enough time to move to a serious team later on after the Italian pantomime.
