Very cool lift, never seen one on casters like that.

That is exactly the information I was looking for. Probably fairly similar to what I would need to do. I really appreciate you putting the pictures and info together.

I can't tell you how helpful this is. My garage ceiling is also 10.1 and I've been trying to figure out what to get. The fact that it is movable is a big bonus cause I can slide it from one side of the garage to the other.

Is this the one you got? https://www.challengerlifts.com/products/cl4p9x/
I'm having a hard time finding something called CL on their site.
If not could you please ling me to your exact one?

    Thanks.

Yes, that is the correct lift. My mistake for the CL7 typing. Mine is the CL4P7. You can review their site for the dimensions on the 7, 9 and 9x. The dealer should help you decide which will fit your garage best.

The CL4P7 holds 7,000 pounds. The CL4P9 and CL4P9x both hold 9,000 pounds each. The 9x is wider than the 9.

Here I go. I am going to start taking measurements and see whether I can do this as well. If I can, it will be our fault!

Thanks for the information. Nice setup you have there. Blessings!

My previous car was a Z4M roadster with even less clearance stock so I figured I was fine. Also I’ve stopped driving this car to work after the parking situation deteriorated (crappy full hospital parking lot now).
