    I'm sure many will find it beautiful, including top-notch interior. Just what need to think about resale? Anyway, no, I really can't see this will sit long unsold or need a discount because of the interior IMO.

    That bit makes sense, but brown alcantara is not at all what i'd call a 'weird' interior. More like it will please many.
