Looks like registered in FL panhandle since 2018 based on VIN, but previously in VA and IL (first in MT but...).

Edit: easy to search the VIN in FL DMV title search, too. ZFF75VFA3F0208347 https://services.flhsmv.gov/mvcheckweb/

That doesn't answer his question. The first prospective buyer disappeared pending payment. The second prospective buyer is pending payment today. If he/she also flakes out then the car is available. If the payment was sent, it's sold. So Frank's question has yet to be answered.
