The price of realestate in that street really taken off in the last 40+ years since that ad was listed in their local rag. 9648 Yoakum Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 | Zillow
Probably similar to the 250GTO. Even at their lowest, most depreciated point as clapped out 10 or 15 y/o race cars, they still cost a lot of money - usually the price of a nice house. It's a bit of a myth to think that any of these kinds of cars were ever "affordable" to anyone but the very well off. Of course now, you need to be a billionaire to buy one.
Its a LHD 275GTB/4 that was converted to NART spider 19 years ago. LCT would kill the real thing lol.

Oh boy Dear members of the Ferrari Club Victorian Division. Recent events, including the resignation of 3 members of the Victorian State sub committee during the past week, has prompted the National Committee of the Ferrari Club of Australia (FCA) to withdraw the authority for the standing sub-committee of FCA (Victoria) to manage and operate the affairs of FCA in the State of Victoria. The actions are in accordance with the Constitution of the Ferrari Club Australia as outlined in Appendix 3. Accordingly, all remaining committee members are stood down. An interim committee (of Victorian members) will be established forthwith by the National Committee to manage the affairs of FCA in Victoria until a new committee is elected at the State’s next Annual General Meeting. Your membership of the Ferrari Club Australia is not affected or interrupted by these actions and we expect that Victorian events and activities will continue as planned, but under the control of interim committee, (and subject to Covid restrictions). Ken Bromley National Treasurer and Secretary Ferrari Club Australia Inc.
