    Not true good sir. Once registered you can drive without restriction. Plus, once somebody registers one, then all Monzas become legal (it applies to the make and model, not individual car).

    Fun fact, the most recent car to get this exemption is the McLaren Speedtail for the 2020 and present model years

    That looks a bit like Blu Mirabeau but may also be a paint to sample color as a lot of the later builds are tailor made editions.

    It has a higher windscreen than the production model. The problem lies with the design approach of matching the pre-windscreen area to the shape behind the driver's head. It looks like the seating position is too low and it would be an awkward sight plane for the driver. Perhaps they then decided to lower it with the 'vortex' idea. It just doesn't work. The car platform (F12/812) is too wide for it. A narrower body would be needed and it would have looked good. IMO should have stopped there and re-designed it for another complimentary shape to include a proper windshield.
