Sound is much better in this video but as I mentioned, videos will never offer a reasonable reproduction of the sound in person. I also could not help but notice the frunk cover vibrates up and down during regular driving. ( 15.30)

Guys you are too funny. The last two vids are clearly not the real deal - virtual. Of course they base these virtual types of vids off real footage but everything becomes enhanced in the production - surely you don't need me to explain that to you lol. Forza !!:D
    '
PS Coincid I made an error in my previous post on jww's vid. It's at @ 17.16 when the rear wing and panels go all wobbly lol.

PPS agree with you Gh. Shouldn't have that type of distortion and movement going on. Some issues there unfortunately. It is what it is, much the same with all that porpoising on the road. That all said Jww made it very clear the suspension is very stiff and the car is for the track. I dont see an issue there but if guys are buying this car thinking its going to be ideal on backroads they are living in a fantasy.

PPS Cadster stop making excuses fgs. Blind freddy can see its a virtual video.

Hopefully it is virtual. Otherwise, big problems.

Odd the panels would be wobbly if they are carbon. Carbon inherently doesn't flex. Vibration is another thing though.

At first I thought it was real, then I changed my mind and concluded it was CGI, now I am back to thinking it was real. The driver posted on IG that it was footage from his track day. It’s obviously an unusual filter and/or lens, but I am leaning real over virtual. Can you get to the bottom of this for us Shadow? Where are all the Fchat internet sleuths when we need them?

The shaking problems are apparent in the front bonnet as well as the rear. Why?

Suspension is too stiff for the road. I believe Jww made that point clear enough. I mean the car even porpoises fgs. Isn't that enough of a clue? It's a track car with rego. You will never find any Pista, GT Porsche porpoise or even a 765 in track mode porpoise like that. This STO is like a buck board in comparison and Jww made that point clear as well. I cant see why some are struggling with this reality. It is what it is and I knew this would be the case when I went over the car. Its made for the track, - clearly explained by the sales rep - not the road. This is why I cant understand why there isnt any track data still.

Overly stiff, suspension with inadequate damping in addition to suspect assembly methods since the rigidity of the CF woud seemingly not be an issue.

It wont be an issue if driven on the track, which is what it was made for. This is not a secret. Anyone buying this car thinking its some sort of daily or a car you can take on a 500km mountain type back road run are having a complete lend of themselves.

It is not! Have you heard about 360 action cameras? You can do very cool vids-

    Look at this F40 footage...

This is some tutorials - really really cool stuff:

So the end result is that the STO is specifically designed to be driven on glass like flat roads in order to fully realize its performing potential. If this is accurate, 95% of buyers will find the driving dynamics unsuitable for their purpose.

You guys are too funny. Wake and smell the coffee.

Btw you cant have it both ways trotter. If its real then what's the deal with the rear end jumping up and down like a yoyo?? I'm starting to pity some you guys for being so gullible. Didn't your sales rep explain the situation that this car is for the track?

I think the bouncing might be more of an effect from this camera - its hard to tell.

The virtual car videos have one common characteristic- the car bobbs up and down to an extreme level.

So wacky, initially it looked real to me but then it seemed like a video game.

I imagine it is super stiff which I wouldn't mind but its hard to really get a good feel for what its actually doing with this camera.

I'm told its supposed to be a little bit back from a cup car so very stiff is part of that arrangement. I just think it's hilarious some of these guys have gone into the purchase of this car with blinkers on lol. It's like some have got themselves so emotionally invested that this car is going to be a jack of all trades like a Pista or something of that nature. Unbelievable, but not surprising.

Lamborghini had a press event past week here in Italy to present the STO videos on track are keep coming...I am not able to find anything in English so far, I hope your Italian is good...Journos are quite excited and very positive, but I would not expect anything different.

Here a drive video, sound only (from the same guys of the 360deg video earlier) - btw this livery, in white blue and black roof is really cool

    Here two reviews in italian:

At this stage, it would appear that the STO seems to have a suspension alignment which might relegate the car for the express singular purpose as a track weapon. However, actual driving experience from owners will confirm or deny this assumption.
The sound of the car in the last 2 videos is more in line with what I would expect from this car. I have little doubt that the sound will be anything less than epic.

It’s not the rear that’s jumping, it’s the camera mount. It’s a feature of the attachment mechanism.

The harsher the better for me. No blinkers for me.

After some the stuff I've read on these forums I'm certainly not going to be listening to any STO owners unless they are driving this car on the track 99% of the time, which is what its purpose is. Jww said the suspension is OK so long as you are driving it with the purpose of going to the track or coming back from the track. Some of these guys may be better going back and listening to what he actually said on that instead of trying to ridicule him. For sure there will be a lot of posers buy this car....

I got confirmation there will be an STO convertible, that wouldn't seem ideal for a track oriented car unless they soften the suspension.

Likewise. I’d actually be disappointed if the ride feels compliant vs race car stiff.
