They have made zero attempt to cover that up. Very strange IMO, something is up. It also looks like the door has a gentle curve as it meets the rear quarter panel. Any chance that Ferrari might change the 296 GTB before any deliveries ? Has this ever happened before ?
Drove the SF90 yesterday at a Ferrari event, and I must say I’m looking very much forward to the 296. Modernity of the interior is refreshing. Effortless acceleration, and the Hybrid/EV modes are seamlessly integrated and practical…yes practical especially when driving downtown. Disinterested in full electric as a sports car…YES. Disinterested in a hybrid sports car… ABSOLUTELY NOT…
It’s just the camo from the first prototypes cut back to fully expose the actual doors: Ferrari 296 GTS - Targa or Spider ??

I'm trying to determine if that's the reaction a beautiful woman will have if you buy a 296, or if that's Ferrari saying, "Look at the hot woman! Now buy a 296!"
Well I wondered the same haha, but that’s only one picture out of a full show with dancing ; this lady didn’t stay sat like this the whole show [emoji41]
Sounds like a bunch of trucks and noise to me. The background noise is definitely taking away from the sound - but still able to hear the V6 through that, I think it's going to sound really nice. Refined. Is the SF90 / 296 silent in electric mode, or is it more like the Taycan which has a subtle sound outside of the vehicle?
Watching a Ferrari in full electric mode is like watching Sophia Loren sleeping. Sexy but you ain't getting to 2nd base until someone wakes up.
Yeah, and when hizzoner recovers from his fantastical tizzy, he finds himself all alone and rounding third on full manual.
I love how low and flat the 296 looks, especially from the rear views. For me, it's probably the most compelling part of its aesthetics.
