They're just not familiar with Lotus. Normal amount of weeping, might look severe to the uninitiated - if it's not leaking, it's empty.
Ok well that’s encouraging coming from a Lotus guy, I have always liked these cars, a proper road rally car and very scarce even in the UK, many I imagine would be rusted out or written off, I nearly bought a Lotus Carlton a few years ago [emoji849]
It was $30k if I remember correctly, 13 years or so ago, lot of money at the time [emoji849].can’t remember seeing one for sale since.
