it's Mark - that's Mosport - Hobbs had a blue/yellow Bell Star - I doubt the Captain would let the detail of an incorrect driver name on the side of the car go uncorrected
The venturi cars used the front wing as a trim tab to move the center of pressure fore-aft. The very vast majority of DF came from the venturi.
The car had a severe porpoising issue as I recall, they reverted to the Type 79. The Type 80 looks cool in that photo.
