The rooftops were an institution. Climb a ladder and go through the roof hatch. No railings, a cooler of beer, maybe a few lawn chairs.They’re still fun, but in the old days they were the Wild West. I’m surprised some people didn’t fall off the roofs.

I'd argue thats the absolute best use of money possible - using it for things you can actually enjoy but if push came to shove, still appreciating assets. You can't wear stock, drive bonds or live in a mutual fund. Even better if you never need to sell them.
Thank you. Flat_plane Eddie found it for me in June. Didn’t wear it much during the summer because I tended to be in more active situations that would put the DJ at risk of getting bruised. Really love the simplicity of it. I also picked up brown and black straps to play with the look of it.
