458 Outer door window seal replacement help

Does anyone know how to replace the outer door window rubbers mine have been burnt by TFR at a car wash...not in my ownership a previous owner.

It's a standard thing that the hand car washes use over here in the UK. If diluted with water at the correct ratio and not left on the car for more than a moment it doesn't do any harm however if you use it too strong or left to dry in the sun it burns into the rubber and in extreme cases paintwork too!!!

I wash my cars myself but the previous owner obviously didn't !!!

Now I think the only way to sort this is two new seals at several ££££

 

Or is there anyway of refurbishing them whilst still on the car?
