    Amazing.

    This sold recently on BAT

I thought this comment from a past owner reunited with his 'past love' was amazing. (he ended up winning) - nice to see him reunited with his former and 'favorite' flame.

    :)

This car did not sell recently on BAT. I've owned it for 4 years.

Oh No! Sorry for the confusion - I linked to a different car (didn't mean to imply your car is on BAT) just showing an example of another Mondial that sold for a good price from a previous owner.

Gotcha Thanks. I love mine too. I just don't have room for it since a recent move, and this diabetes is kicking my ass and I need to change priorities.

Yes. This is mine. I have had it for 10 years and my seller, Michael B. a member here, was the prior owner.

As far as I know, it was the ONLY t coupe to be "1 of the 43" in Prugna.

    Regards,
    Jerry

That was my first thought when I saw it that it was Michael B's old car. Prugna is a great color for a Mondial coupe, very elegant. Good luck with the sale.

Just put my Mondial 8 in the classifieds if anyone is in the market for a rare original coupe. I am torn as to whether I want to finish it or not. Love this car.

Not for sale anymore but I'm wondering if somebody on this forum just bought a black 85 mondial in spain.

I made a deal with JM Group in Barcalona, got a lot of info by phone and decided to fly to Barcalona from the Netherlands to close the deal. Talking to the sales guy I offered to pay a downpayment. I booked all tickets, hotel, rental car and confirmed our appointment with the seller.

As you can guess by now.. They sold the car days before I was supposed to fly to Barcalona. Nothing is refundable so a €1000 euro learning ticket to never do business with them. Would have been my first ferrari after owning many Porsche and VW.. nice way to start a new hobby.....

Who knows that car will be for sale again in a couple of weeks...by the same folks. In Spain and Portugal is it usual to have some cars in stock seeking for attention. Feel sorry for you especially it would be your first F.

I would stay FAR away from that one. Looked at it recently, no service records/belt change since mid 2000's (in Canada). Leaking fluids from multiple spots, bottom of engine shows signs of being bottomed out (scape) and almost entire car has totally been repainted (multiple times judging by pant meter readings), up to 35-36 mils on rear quarter panel (Bondo?!---I think rear had been hit at some point, saw some banged up panel-structure underneath), rear bumper has heavy-heavy paint, even roof shows 15-16 mils. Rust spots on rockers (also been painted so who knows what is lurking underneath) Doors both creak loudly when opening/closing. Buyer beware---unfortunate though because interior is in decent shape! Prior to visiting it Seller (Dealer) claimed NO leaks, and possibly "light" paintwork over the phone....unbelievable!

If you look through the receipts in the ad there are a few that list body work being done to the car it appears to have been damaged more than once.
