Anyone know how to make passenger mirror not going up when put on reverse?

I don't know on the Cali, but on my other cars, controlled by the side mirror switch. Left or right engaged (button in or down), one will have mirror stationary in reverse, the other will tilt it down. Try that. Cost to check: $0.

In my 2014 458 Spider the side view mirror is memorized with the seat adjustment. Occasionally, my side view mirror reverts and needs to be re-adjusted and memorized with the seat position.

Looks like page 172 of the California manual explains better:

"In the models equipped with memory seats, every time the seat position is memorised, the external rear-view mirror position is also stored automatically, both for the normal travelling direction and for reverse manoeuvring.

To memorise a new position of the external rear-view mirrors, turn the ignition key to position II and adjust the position of the mirrors; then engage reverse and reposition the external mirrors to ensure the best possible visibility to perform the manoeuvre, then disengage reverse gear. Finally, press one of the buttons 1, 2 or 3 on the seat (see page 168), each one corresponding to a memorisable position, until a double tone confirms the procedure is complete.

The new position of the external rear-view mirrors will be automatically memorised together with the seat position. In addition, the mirror positions can be adjusted for both the normal travelling direction and for reverse manoeuvring.The mirrors must always be in the open position while driving."
